MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Fire Department is investigating a house fire that led to two other buildings catching fire near Center and Bremen around 11:20 p.m. September 3.
Fire officials confirmed to CBS 58 upon arrival a fire was showing from all three floors of a two-and-a-half story building, which then spread to two other buildings.
The main building that firefighters were working on did collapse, however, did not cause any damage to properties around the area.
As the main building was extinguished, MPD went into the other two buildings to put those fires out.
All occupants were accounted for, as the Red Cross was contacted to help seven people who were displaced.
One Milwaukee firefighter was taken to a local hospital for non-life threating injuries.
The Milwaukee fire investigative unit has been called in to find the cause and determination of this fire.
